We reserve the right to change prices on the website without prior notice or any errors in the product information.

PAYMENT
We provide secure payments with Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Card payments (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).
With Klarna you have flexible payment options; Direct payment with Card, by Banc or Swish - you can also choose Invoice or monthly payments. Please note that Klarna may charge if you choose to divide your payment monthly. See full terms here: https://www.klarna.com/
CANCELLATION
As long as your order has not been processed it is possible to cancel it by contacting us at info@glambyjp.com
If your order has been processed and produced, it is not possible to cancel it.
PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
You cannot cancel an order of a personalized item once it has started production. As this is a personal order, it cannot be resold to another party. You can therefore also not return any customized items. However - if your jewelry arrives broken, we will replace it with a new one.
Delivery time for personalized jewelry is stated in our Delivery information.
Other alphabets; If you make an order of a customized item with another alphabet (such as arabic, tigrinya or greek) please enter the name in the field required at the product site in the specific alphabet directly. If you do not know the spelling - please enter your name and we will translate it for you.
Sometimes the name can be spelled different because of how it is pronounced. We will send you an email confirming the translation of the name - you must object to this within 24 hours otherwise the production will start and we cannot cancel the production or order.
RETURN
According to the Swedish law (2005:59), as a customer you have the right to return your order within 14 days after you have received your order.
The return policy does not apply to discounted products or sale items.
IMPORTANT! The item must be sent in its original condition, and all labels must remain. Before you return an item regardless of the reason, it is important that you contact us to get instructions of return. You must NOT break the packaging and/or use the product.
Please include your order number in your return parcel for us to be able to know who the return is from.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns that do not meet these criterias will not be accepted.
COMPLAINTS
We inspect each item before it is sent out to you. If the item is still damaged once it arrives we will replace it free of charge.
Any complaints must be reported to us by email, where you explain the complaint in detail and preferably attach a photograph.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are made by the same way as the original payment was made. Processing time for a return is 5-10 days from the day it has arrived to us.
You cannot be refunded for the original shipping cost.
- When paying with a debit or credit card, you will receive the corresponding amount for the returned goods within 3-5 business days.
- When paying with Klarna - Klarna is the provider for the return, if you have any questions about the refund, please contact Klarnas customer service.
